System Deployment and Commissioning
Once our clients deploy new or retrofitted systems, they no longer have to manage them. At their option, we continue to provide system monitoring and maintain optimal equipment performance on all critical building systems, such as lighting, HVAC and refrigeration.
By monitoring equipment performance around the clock, we are in constant contact with system warnings. When there is an alarm, we are often able to correct issues remotely by utilizing sophisticated diagnostic tools that determine the source of most problems.
If problems cannot easily be resolved remotely, U.S. Power will alert your facilities organization or dispatch a third-party service provider. We make it our job to ensure efficient operation of building systems. Using those same tools, we verify that new or retrofitted systems are not only achieving maximum operational efficiency, but that planned capital investment performance is executing flawlessly. The Building Manager then - instead of having to be concerned with system operations - can simply run his or her business.
